1. The 1999 Iowa Youth Survey data contains sensitive data and when we conducted the survey, we assured the respondents complete anonymity. As a result, you must read, print, sign, and return our Data Use Agreement form by US mail before we release the data. 2. Since some classes, districts, and counties produced small numbers of responses, we must restrict some of the variables we release with the data set to avoid identification. We have generated two different data sets. Please choose which of the two you would like: Choose One: ________ State Information: This dataset contains all of the data collected without School District and County identifiers. ________ County Information: This dataset contains all of the data collected without School District and race/ethnicity identifiers. 3. We will send a CD with the dataset in SAS format and as a text file within 2 to 4 weeks. The CD also includes a file called README.TXT which contains important information.
